Working at Paladin Career & Technical High School is both rewarding and meaningful. Our staff build strong relationships with students and each other, creating a close-knit, supportive school community where relationships come first.

Paladin’s student-centered approach embraces project-based learning, experiential learning, and personalized pathways. Staff are encouraged to bring creativity, collaboration, and innovation into their work while helping design the best possible learning environment for students.

As a teacher-powered school, Paladin educators have the opportunity to develop curriculum and learning experiences that align with their strengths while meeting the needs of students. This freedom to design engaging, relevant, and meaningful learning opportunities offers a refreshing alternative to more traditional education systems.

Paladin student support staff build strong connections both within the school and throughout the greater community. By helping students access resources, including counseling, basic needs support, career guidance, and other services, our student support team works to remove barriers that may impact a student’s success. At Paladin, social and emotional support are just as vital as academic support.
