Welcome to the Paladin Career & Technical High School Request for Proposals (RFP) page. Paladin invites experienced cleaning and janitorial service providers to submit proposals for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy school environment. Proposals should clearly outline the scope of services, methods, and schedules necessary for comprehensive facility upkeep.

Paladin is accepting proposals from vendors capable of supplying high-quality, nutritious meals to support our school’s meal program. We seek partnerships that prioritize freshness, nutritional value, compliance with state and federal guidelines, reliable delivery schedules, and environmentally sustainable practices.

Paladin invites proposals from reputable insurance providers to offer comprehensive group health insurance plans, including medical and dental coverage, for our school employees. Paladin is requesting proposals from professional HVAC service providers for a comprehensive preventive maintenance agreement covering our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Our objective is to ensure equipment efficiency, dependability, and longevity, reducing the risk of operational disruptions and costly repairs.

Paladin seeks proposals from qualified accounting firms experienced in providing tax preparation and auditing services specifically tailored to public charter schools. Our goal is to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of our financial processes, ensuring effective resource management aligned with our educational mission.

Paladin is requesting proposals for part-time Special Education Director, Due Process Coordinator, and school psychology services. The selected provider will collaborate closely with our educational team, integrating and overseeing special education programs that support and enhance our school’s overall mission and student success.
