We are incredibly proud of our Education Support Professionals (ESPs) and teachers who are participating in the NXT GEN Teach Apprenticeship Program through the University of Minnesota and the Department of Labor Industry ! 🎓✨

This innovative program provides a meaningful pathway to teacher licensure, allowing our ESPs, known as apprentices, to gain valuable hands-on experience and practice as they work toward becoming licensed teachers, all while continuing to serve students in their current roles.

A few weeks ago, Cassie Welk and Jaci Fagen had the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion at the University of Minnesota’s Leadership Conference and share more about the program and its impact. We are grateful for their leadership and willingness to help highlight this important pathway into the teaching profession!

A special thank you also goes to our PCTHS teachers serving as journey workers. Through their supervision, mentorship, and support, they are helping our apprentices build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for their future careers in special education.

Together, they are building a stronger pipeline of dedicated teachers and investing in the future of our students. 💛

Congratulations to all of our apprentices and journey workers! We are so proud of your commitment to learning, growing, and making a difference for students every day.

We love when Paladin alumni stop back to visit. 💛🖤

Sam Karpeh, Class of 2012, stopped by to catch up, share what he’s been doing, and talk about ways to give back and partner with Paladin.

Sam is part of Hope 612, a youth-driven theater project centered on real stories, important issues, and the power of young people finding their voice.

Looking forward to connecting our students with Sam, theater, and Hope 612. Once a Paladin, always a Knight!
