This week we’re celebrating Lutonya & Kristyn!

Lutonya created such a fun and engaging experience for students by leading a circle centered around questions about aliens — bringing curiosity, laughter, and connection into the room. She consistently approaches students with care, encouragement, and positivity, helping them feel comfortable being themselves while motivating them to keep growing. Her ability to make students feel heard and included is something truly special. 👽💛

Kristyn leads with her heart in everything she does. She goes above and beyond to create meaningful experiences for students and works hard to make sure they feel loved, supported, and valued. Whether it’s through the little things or the big moments, her kindness and intentionality shine through and help make Paladin a place where students know they belong. 🌟

Zarif is a supportive mentor to fellow Promise Fellows and a caring support for students as well. His welcoming demeanor and willingness to help others makes a meaningful impact on our community every day. 🌟

Amanda was told, “You are Paladin,” and it’s easy to see why. Whether she’s leading or supporting multiple classes, creating a cozy and welcoming space, making sure snacks are ready, or celebrating the people around her, she brings heart and community into everything she does. 💛
