PCTHS Building Company
The PCTHS Building Company, an affiliated nonprofit building corporation, was established in the fall of 2021, with the purpose of assisting Paladin Career & Technical High School to move into a new facility for the 2022-23 school year. The building company, in partnership with the Paladin school board and leadership team, developed long-range strategic and financial plans, including enrollment projections. The Building Company conducted a feasibility study of available facilities and outlined the benefits and costs of each option.
The newly established PCTHS Building Company secured bonds to acquire the property at 10220 Goldenrod St NW in Coon Rapids, with the sole tenant being Paladin Career & Technical High School. Paladin Career Tech also receives lease aid from the State to fund the lease payments to the Building Company.

Board Meetings
PCTHS Building Company Board Meetings are held annually or on an as-needed basis and are open to the public per the Minnesota Open Meeting Law. These meetings are held at Paladin Career & Technical High School, located at 10220 Goldenrod St. NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448. Upcoming board agendas will be available three days prior to board meetings.
